A) Cancellation Policy:
I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means my other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be asked a deposit of $80 via e-transfer which needs to be processed at least 3 hours prior to your appointment . If you Cancel before or at 24 hours prior to your appointment, this money will be refunded back to you. If you arrive to your appointment, this money will be calculated towards the total payment of your session.
Also, on the day of your appointment, please don't arrive any earlier than the scheduled time.
